Return Eligibility

Non-Returnable Items

Clearance or sale items (unless faulty).
How to Request a Return

Contact us via WhatsApp or email (support@sastichez.pk) within 7 days of receiving the item.

Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos/videos of the issue (if applicable).

Our team will guide you through the return or exchange process.
Refunds

If approved, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds are issued via bank transfer or in the form of store credit, depending on your preference.
Exchanges

You may exchange an item for a different size or color (if available).

In case the requested product is not available, we’ll offer a refund or store credit.
Return Shipping

If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged item), we cover the return shipping.

If it’s a change of mind or incorrect order by the customer, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
